How a job runs

From drawings to handover, the steel package is managed by one team.

  1. Drawing and scope review

    We review the drawings, specification and scope before fabrication and raise any questions early, so the steel arrives on site as intended.

  2. Workshop fabrication

    Steelwork is cut, fabricated and prepared in the workshop to the approved drawings.

  3. Finishes coordinated

    Galvanising, painting and powder coating are coordinated to suit the project specification.

  4. Delivery and installation

    Transport, lifting and installation are planned and agreed with the builder or client to suit site access and programme.

  5. Safety and quality documents

    Task-specific SWMS are prepared for our site work. ITPs, ITRs and handover documentation are provided where the project requires them.

Monfab fabricates and installs to approved engineering drawings. Structural design and engineering certification are provided by the project's engineer.
